The following terms and conditions govern use of all content, services, and products (the “Service”) provided by Livemed Inc. (“Livemed”) and available on the Livemed site (the “Site”). The Service is owned and operated by Livemed. The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity, its affiliates, and all users who access the Service through your account to this Agreement, in which case the terms “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity, its affiliates, and users associated with it. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OUR SITE OR USING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
